To add a second guarantor, you must first log into your Adele space and add your second guarantor to your account. However, we inform you that this will not update your file, but only your candidate area. ). We will update your file, and you can then file the supporting documents for your new guarantor.
We also inform you that some residences require that the two guarantors be under the same tax household to be eligible. Thus, if your second guarantor does not meet this criterion, he alone will have to cover 3 times the amount of the rent, to be considered in the processing of your file.
